Testing our Comfort Zone / Going to New Places



In the fast-paced world of business, it's easy to fall into the trap of routine and familiarity. However, at Cleenol, we believe in the power of pushing boundaries and stepping outside of our comfort zones to foster growth and innovation. This principle was front and centre at our recent quarterly sales meeting, where we embarked on a journey of exploration and self-discovery under the theme of 'Testing our Comfort Zone / Going to New Places'.


We used a new venue this time round which conveniently aligned with this meeting’s theme of testing our comfort zone leading to an early morning swim in an outside lake of 7 degrees Celsius! While it was a real challenge, it set the tone for an inspiring and productive meeting. We discovered a newfound sense of resilience and camaraderie, as we faced the challenge head-on together.


We're excited to implement the insights gained from the experience and meeting to help propel our team to even greater heights.
