We’ve all done it, walked into a washroom, taken one sniff and immediately wanted to head straight back out. Why is it that the men’s restroom always seems ten times worse? Bad odours in washrooms aren’t just unpleasant - they leave a lasting impression on your customers, staff, and visitors. A clean, fresh-smelling toilet can genuinely elevate someone’s experience of your business (yes, even the loo can impact customer satisfaction!). Here’s the thing, most of the time, the fix for that dreaded “urinal stink” isn't always as easy as spraying some heavily perfumed air freshener or using up a bottle of toilet cleaner, the problem starts from begin. Why don't 'traditional' cleaning products do the job? In homes, where toilets are used far less frequently, regular cleaning products usually do the job. But in high-traffic environments, these products often only hide the issue rather than resolving it. Our last day trading before Christmas is Tuesday 23rd December . All deliveries will return to normal from 5th January 2026 . Last day for delivery before Christmas is Friday 19th December .
